Seveda sta mirnost in koncentracija pred nastopom klju\u010dnega pomena, ampak to stanje dose\u017eemo \u0161ele, ko se nau\u010dimo sprejemati in usmerjati misli, ob\u010dutke in dra\u017eljaje v in okoli nas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ali se to dogaja samo meni?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Najve\u010dji glasbeniki na\u0161ega \u010dasa so imeli tremo: Pablo Casals, Arthur Rubinstein, Luciano Pavarotti in mnogi drugi.<\/p>\n<p>Kot ka\u017eejo najnovej\u0161e raziskave psihologov na Univerzi na Julliardu, sama trema ni problem. Klju\u010dno je, kako (pre)usmerimo energijo\u00a0<em>adrenalina<\/em>, ki zajame na\u0161e telo, v stanje svobode, spro\u0161\u010denosti in (samo)zaupanja, da u\u017eivamo v zvoku in\u0161trumenta, ki postane del na\u0161ega notranjega glasu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In kako to naredimo?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preden spregovorimo o tehniki, \u0161e nekaj osnov delovanja uma in telesa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Levi in desni mo\u017egani<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161i mo\u017egani so sestavljeni iz dveh polovic ali hemisfer. Leva polovica je povezana z logiko, besedami, \u0161tevilkami, analizo, kritiko, pravili, detajli, planiranjem in vrednotenjem. Desna polovica z zvokom, slikami, vzorci, ob\u010dutki v telesu, \u010dustvi, &#8220;celostno sliko&#8221;, svobodnimi asociacijami in ustvarjalnostjo.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce izredno posplo\u0161imo, je leva polovica povezana z logiko in razumom, desna pa z ob\u010dutki in ustvarjalnostjo.<\/p>\n<p>Na podlagi zgornjih informacij, kaj misli\u0161, katera polovica mo\u017eganov je povezana z u\u010dinkovito vajo? \u010ce pravi\u0161, da leva polovica, je odgovor pravilen! Kaj pa z zanesenim in \u010dustvenim nastopom? Desna polovica, seveda.<\/p>\n<p>Ampak najve\u010dkrat po\u010dnemo ravno obratno! Ko vadimo in\u0161trument, smo spro\u0161\u010deni, brezskrbno ponavljamo pasa\u017ee not, dokler nam ne zvenijo dobro. Ko nam nekaj uspe, ne vemo to\u010dno, kaj smo naredili, da je temu tako.<\/p>\n<p>Takoj ko smo na odru, nas leva polovica mo\u017eganov zasuje z mislimi, kritiko, (pre)analizo, in v tej &#8220;poplavi&#8221; misli pozabimo na brezskrbnost in spro\u0161\u010denost, ki smo jo imeli pred tem v vadnici. Preobremenjeni z mislimi in pretirano samokritiko se, po ve\u010dini, posve\u010damo tehni\u010dnim detajlom, kar vodi v nespro\u0161\u010deno igranje.<\/p>\n<p>To kar takrat rabimo je, da &#8220;pademo not&#8221;, torej posebno stanje svobode, lahkosti in brezskrbnosti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako pa &#8220;pademo not&#8221;?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Metod in pristopov je ve\u010d.
